Our formulas may be suitable for a keto diet. The majority of what is found in our capsules and tablets are pure compounds. Ketosis is a metabolic state achieved by reducing your carbohydrate consumption below a specific amount, typically less 5-20% of carbohydrates daily. Any amount of carbohydrates found within our formulas should not affect your blood sugar levels to the point where you will revert out of ketosis. We advise that all supplements are taken in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet to best support you. However, we suggest checking the free from icons on our product page and consulting with your health professional to ensure that any of the formulas you are interested in meet the specific needs of your diet.

We recommend taking our formulas with food. This is due to the fact that zinc may cause nausea when taken on an empty stomach. If you are intermittent fasting we recommend taking the formula at lunch time. 

If you are taking AM+ Stress + Energy + Stress Levels, AM (from AM + PM), Hair + Energy or Hair + Libido it is always best to take these as early in the day as possible with food as some people may find them to be too stimulating later in the day.
